Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate commission

The TemplateMafia.com :) affiliate commission:

- 25% on all referred sales
- 30% on all sales the coming month, if you make 30 sales or more the current month
- 7 % on all sales by affiliates referred to the program by you (2 tier commission)

Your commission is paid monthly. What you earn one month is paid to you at latest the last of the coming month. For example everything you make during January 2005 is paid to you latest 28 February 2005. To be paid, your earnings must exceed $100. If your balance do not exceed $100 at the time for payment, your current balance will be transferred over to the next month and so on until you reach the minimum amount.

Product usage

- You may sell, and market all products as your own.
- You may help customers with editing of templates after they have made the purchase
- You may not keep the original files of a design or any other product and sell it as your own. All products within this affiliate program must be sold via the TemplateMafia.com :) system.

Refunds and charge backs

TemplateMafia.com :) manually approves all orders after they have been reviewed to not be fraud by our transaction company. In rare cases, an order may be fraud anyway. In such cases your affiliate account will be debited the exact amount you earned from this particular sale.

Changes

TemplateMafia.com :) may do changes to the regulations or commission structure. In case of any changes, you will be notified in advance.
